• Area Selection
Finding appropriate premises is key to a successful operation. The Franchisor’s extensive experience in this regards, will help the Franchisee to make the right decision. All aspects in terms of size, pricing, location and operational suitability will be assessed by the Franchisor once a property has been proposed by the Franchisee. Lease negotiations can be guided too, but it is up to the Franchisee to make use of legal services where appropriate.

 

• Setting Up Shop
Stores range in size from a minimum of 200sqm to a large 400sqm, all fully branded and stocked with all the key product and operational facilities. Staff is trained at our Head Office in Cape Town or Johannesburg and an extensive Operational Manual, outlining all aspects of procedure, is made available.

 

• Induction Training
The emphasis lies on product and sales training as well as gaining early momentum. Although you will get retail traffic, the drive lies in taking the Brand and product to the market – Core’s winning Sales Methodology.

 

• Purchasing
We will guide you on product selection and help to ensure that your stock levels are correct. Core will use our buying expertise and the economies gained through bulk buying, giving you a competitive advantage.

 

• Admin Setup
We all know it is not a sale until the cash is in the bank. We have a well defined debtors process and will provide training on this essential aspect of the business.

Core Catering annually have several stands booked at the Hostex Trade Show. Often the Core Stand is the largest at the show.

We are the only supplier in our filed that regularly brings out their own extensive product catalogue Social Media Core Catering has grown their Facebook following substansionaly the last couple of years. Our in-house graphic designer assists all branches with templates and adverts for print ads
